Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days only. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot guarantee you a refund or exchange.

Cancellations

You must cancel your placed order before it has been dispatched from the warehouse to the delivery agent to be eligible for a partial refund. The dispatches typically happen between 2 and 24 hours of order confirmation. Any cancellations will attract an inconvenience fee / penalty fixed at our sole discretion. 

Once dispatched the goods cannot be recalled by us and we will not consider any cancellation and refund requests.

Delayed / Damaged Goods

In case of refunds for damaged goods or orders that are not delivered on time or at all, please reach out to our customer support personnel on the number and email addresses listed below and we will assist you in the best way possible.

Refunds

In case of order cancellations or refunds, once your case is resolved, we will send you an email to notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 15 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items that are bought cannot be refunded.
